These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your subscription to cappd (“Service”) provided by cappd. Technology (a brand Kioo Marketing Limited), a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number 10142193.
1. Subscription Commitment
1.1 By subscribing to cappd, you agree to a minimum commitment of 12 months.
1.2 Your subscription will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment for the subscription is payable monthly or annually, as selected by you during the onboarding process.
2.2 Payment can be made via Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card.
3. Auto-Renewal
3.1 Unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms, your subscription will automatically renew for successive 12-month periods.
3.2 We will notify you in advance of any upcoming renewal and provide you with an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4. Non-Payment and Suspension
4.1 In the event of non-payment, we will make reasonable attempts to collect the outstanding payment.
4.2 If the account remains unpaid, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription until payment is received.
5. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
5.1 If payment remains unpaid beyond a specified period, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.
5.2 In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, the remainder of the subscription will become immediately payable.
6. Cancellation by Subscriber
6.1 If you need to cancel your subscription at any time during the subscribed period, please contact [email protected] .
6.2 If paying monthly, Cappd. will cancel the subscription and send you an invoice for the outstanding amount remaining for the current period.
7. Refunds
7.1 No refunds for cancellation will be made in any circumstances.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
